Todays image is brought to you by…the Washington State Ferry system…again. We went over to Amy’s parents house on Saturday. While waiting on the ferry, I looked out the driver window and saw a boat tie down with a yellow rope, thought it looked interesting.  Enjoy!

qwerty, according to many, is a (okay, “the”)  keyboard layout that was used in the early typing days (ooooer, how I love the sound non-electric typewriters make) to slow down the typists speed as they would jam the typewriter.

I had another shot in mind (perhaps tomorrow?) but by the time I set it up, darkness had taken over and the lighting just didn’t work. So I sat at my computer and the green glow from my lappy kept calling my name. Oh well, enjoy!

This is a picture of our youngest daughter Caitlyn.

Cait had just spent the day (or…days, I don’t recall) at her grandma’s house and I was meeting her at the ferry terminal in Edmonds, Washington. The hallway was pretty cool as the tiles were somewhat gray and the wall was made out of framed windows (which had a green tint). Personally, I think the floor makes a killer backdrop!

Spider Web

Spider web, spider web…not much to say about this picture other than the fog and the mist sure made the web look really cool.

Actually, on my walk to get coffee (it’s the taste I tell ya…damn ADHD), the mist really made the web pop out. So much that there was this HUGE tree which had hundreds of spider webs all over the tree. Without the mist, you would never have guessed that old tree had been infested with spiders…rather creepy actually!!

Coffee

Ahhh, my morning coffee. I am a total Seattle’s Best fan but since there is only Starbucks (yes, I am aware Starbucks owns Seattle’s Best…that was a cold day) in walking distance of work…well, nuff said I think!

The image: It’s of my coffee lid from my walk back from Starbucks this morning…and yes, it was raining outside!

I usually get a grande, Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte at 130 degree’s (which I believe is about 40-45 degree’s colder than a normal drink). Thank you Tim for introducing me to this one!

A small note on Starbucks…I have been told “they” teach all their baristas the same way so you can get the same drink no matter which store you go to…yeaaaa…right! I am sorry, I have tried this drink at many many different stores and no one makes it the same as the ladies at my store!
